His journey then led him to Fabio Trabochhi's Michelin starred Fiola, where he further refined his skills in pastry design and execution. Now, as the Pastry Chef at 1789 Restaurant in Georgetown, Marcel brings his wealth of experience and a touch of magic to every dessert he crafts, making dining experiences truly unforgettable.
